A little about us

We pride ourselves on being a low carbon centre where we use low energy and up-cycle as much as possible. We believe in zero waste and hope to team up with FareShare as soon as we can.

Under the current covid-19 circumstances we have made sure all the desks are socially distanced and the facilities are cleaned regularly. 

Centrally located next to Tiverton’s historic market, we offer a comfortable co-working space for individuals or businesses which are perfect for all creative digital professionals. 

Flexible daily bookings means you can use the desks whenever you need without signing any long term contracts. We also have separate meeting and zoom call rooms.

Covid-19 Co-working Booking Conditions

UPDATED OCTOBER 2020 

  • Your table will be reserved for you from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm on the day of your booking
  • Do not attend CENTRE SPACE if you are feeling unwell
  • As part of NHS track and trace we will keep your details on our system for 3 weeks after each booking, we have a QR code you may also wish to scan
  • Please sanitise your hands-on entry and to read our COVID measures in place
  • Social distancing applies here please respect that when connecting with others
  • Masks do not need to be worn in the work space
  • We can only accept bookings from individuals
  • Please respect others privacy and keep noise to a minimum put phones and notifications on silent
  • Please use headphones if listening to music
  • If you need to take a phone call please use the hall or if there is a meeting room feel free to use that
  • We do not allow any pets
  • We do not allow any children
  • Do not invite others into CENTRE-SPACE as part of your booking
  • We have 2 meeting rooms that can be booked if you need a private meeting space (from £10 an hour) these have their own entry/exit separate from the co-working space so as to not disturb others,  all attendees must register their contact details NAME, PHONE AND EMAIL on the paper that will be left in the room
  • 24-hour cancellation policy
  • Tea/Coffee/Soup/soft drinks in the fridge are £1 please put the quid in the squid (moneybox) proper coffee is £2 please check the water tank is full and ask us to show you how the machine works . Biscuits help yourself.
  • If the fire alarm goes off to  exit via the fire exit if possible and to gather outside the North Exit of the Pannier Market
  • The First Aid box is situated in the left cupboard next to fridge your first aider is Caro Bushnell
  • Please do not leave any belongings on the premises when you leave and we take no responsibility for your possessions
  • Do not take any photographs without first obtaining permission

HOT DESKS:

Due to Covid we are limited to 6 Individual Socially Distanced Hot Desks inside. We do have an outdoor courtyard with great wifi signal. (please bring your own laptop)

  • Perfect for 1-2-1 sessions or smaller group meetings
  • Own entry/exit

Castle Room (large single room)
Price: from £12 per hour

  • 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 metres
  • Access to kitchen facilities 
  • Access to disabled toilets
  • Maximum of 6-10 people due to covid-19 restrictions
  • Perfect for private group sessions
  • Own entry/exit

Prices starts from £50 per 10 minute recordings.
 
Podcasts can elevate your businesses marketing and reach. We have a professional sound booth that is currently setup for Radio production which is perfect to record your podcasts.
 
We are on hand to help professionally edit your podcasts ready for you to upload to your chosen platforms.

Centre Space is a safe space for our Tiverton Community.

Our space is open plan with high ceilings, well ventilated with in and outdoor facilities, sanitiser stations and COVID screens in place.

It has just been refurbished with new floor coverings and regular cleaning takes place.

We are also open to a reduced capacity through our contactless booking system.

We will be operating a track and trace scheme. Your safety is our priority.
